A versatile and high quality bag is always something tough find, especially if its for a certain 'job'. My bag is for carting around my 17" laptop, tablet, chargers, company catalogues, diary, notepad, pens, calculator etc - all the stuff I need to get my job done. Previously I used a Kensington roller bag which I have used for over 5 years. It was beaten, leaked when it rained and was showing its age. Upon receiving the bag from Crumpler in Germany, I filled it up to see where everything went and how I would organise myself. I LOVE the pockets on the front. The camera one has my phone I admit, but it's soft and fluffy lining keeps it clean and shiny! The bigger front pocket fits my company catalogue PERFECTLY! HOORAH! There is a pocket on each side. One has pens and a stapler, the other has a big calculator and sticky notes in it - easy to reach, great size and expand too! Thumbs up! Inside, the laptop compartment is roomy an well padded, the tablet slips in its pocket (also soft lined so tablet gets a clean!) and the pockets inside keep everything neat and tidy! The colour looks great too and the fabric is really nice quality - no worries about it tearing or wearing through! You can fit a LOT in this bag for work. A rammed lever-arch file would fit in no problem! There's more than enough room to get everything in - even your lunch! So, loaded up, now lets zip it up! The zips are wide thick beasts which slide very smoothly and the tags on them mean they are easy to grab even in the rain! The main compartment zip can also be locked with an additional padlock (additional extra!) Finally, the strap is nice and wide and the padded section spreads the weight of the bag really well. The ONLY niggle I have is that when I adjusted the length, the 'adjuster' was where the top of my shoulder is and not comfortable. I took off the pad and wrapped it around the adjuster in the end - now it's fine. Slight adjustment and alls good. I'm taking it to my company conference in Jan so it's going to get a LOT of attention. I'm sure this bag will last me very well. It comes with a 30 year warrant too!! My old Kensington came with a lifetime warranty, which they honoured, twice!! Lets see how the Crumper does! See you in 30 years for an update!
