When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 12:00 (CET) will usually be dispatched on the same day. Delivery time is max. 6 working days (dispatch within max. 3 working days + 3 working days for DHL / carrier) from the time payment in full has been received.
Our distribution centre is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Does Crumpler deliver to where I live? What are the delivery costs?

What are my Payment Options?
Crumpler accepts Visa / Mastercard, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Sofortüberweisung und iDeal.
Does Crumpler keep my credit card details?
No, after your credit card is approved, Crumpler's computer system generates an authorization number. At this point your credit card details are erased, and the system only recognizes the authorization number.
