Crumpler

Awesome bag! I was looking for the perfect bag for my 13"laptop and with this Free Wheeler Messenger L I just have found it. I was a little afraid that the L would be too big, but actually it is not. Even with the laptop inside you still have a lot of space and it doesn't look like you have a giant bag on your back. Awesome quality, awesome look and awesomely practical (biking!).

I have been wanting to take the plunge and buy a Crumpler bag for ages but I could never decide on the one I wanted. Too much choice! The £5 Easter money saving offer proved the tipping point and I took the plunge. The Free Wheeler is ideal for me and my lifestyle. No, I don't ride a bike. I do not even own one. However I wanted a bag to hold my Ipad, Kindle, Filofax, ipod etc and any combination of the above. The Free Wheeler in medium fits the bill. I love the Petrol colour. Its like a deep green-blue jade. As well as the large interior it also has two external zip pockets for notepads, pens and train tickets. I am a larger guy and I was a little concerned re the strap length. No problem, there is enough length and more and it seems to be made of seat belt material. Its nice and wide too so it does not cut into my shoulder however laden the bag is. Best of all I can wear it cross-body and swing it around across my back out of the way, leaving my hands free. The velcro fastening and the buckle mean that the contents are completely safe and secure so I do not have to worry about stuff falling out. Pack, fasten and forget. Its lightweight and yet the fabric does not feel at all flimsy. It is well made too. I am hyper critical with new purchases but its perfectly finished. All in all I love this bag. Its my first Crumpler bag and it wont be my last either. 10 out of 10.
