Crumpler

This is a great camera bag for both amateurs and pros. The bottom section is well padded and opens wide for easy access when necessary. All the dividers can be repositioned to allow for different accessories/lenses to be transported safely. The main body of the rucksack is separated from camera section by a zipped divider. There is plenty of room for a laptop and loads of other bits and pieces, with little pockets to safely keep those small items like spare batteries and memory cards. The design of the bag would make it difficult for any light-fingered thieves to take anything out of the bag. The padded back and wide, padded shoulder straps make it really comfortable to carry, even when fully loaded.
