When will I receive my order?
Crumpler chooses DHL to deliver our bags to you.
Orders received Mondays-Fridays before 12:00 p.m. (CET) will be shipped in between the next 1-3 days. Items ordered on weekends or later than 12:00 p.m. (CET) will be shipped in between the next 1-3 business days (valid for stocked goods).
Shipping within Germany usually take 2-3 business days. Shipments outside Germany orders take approximately 5-7 business days. In the case of non stocked items - due to high demand - we will dispatch your order with only a few days delay.
Please note that the distribution office is closed on weekends and bank holidays.
Does Crumpler deliver to where I live? What are the delivery costs?

What are my Payment Options?
Crumpler accepts Visa / Mastercard.
Does Crumpler keep my credit card details?
No, after your credit card is approved, Crumpler's computer system generates an authorization number. At this point your credit card details are erased, and the system only recognizes the authorization number.
