When will I receive my order?
Crumpler chooses DHL to deliver our bags to you.
Orders received Mondays-Fridays before 12:00 p.m. (CET) will be dispatched in between the next 1-3 days. Items ordered on weekends or later than 12:00 p.m. (CET) will be dispatched in between the next 1-3 business days (valid for stocked goods).
Shipping within Germany usually take 2-3 business days. Shipments outside Germany orders take approximately 5-7 business days. In the case of non stocked items - due to high demand - we will dispatch your order with only a few days delay.
Please note that the distribution center is closed on weekends and bank holidays.
