A. RETURN POLICY AND RETURN COSTS
- You have the right to return your purchased items within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you received the items. Our detailed cancellation terms can be found here.
- You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. Please do not return the goods freight forward. There will be no return costs in case you received an incorrect, damaged or defective product.
- We kindly ask you to avoid damaging and dirtying the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage.
- If you like to use our return service, return costs depend on the returning country. Please refer to the table in the document (PDF file) provided here for details. Return costs will be deducted from the amount which we will credit for your purchased item. Please use our return portal to create a return label. Return shipment will be provided by DHL only.

B. RETURN PROCESS AND RETURN PORTAL
This is how you return your articles using DHL:
1) Assuming that the bag is in brand new unused condition including the hangtag and polybag, you can easily create a return label on the DHL return label page for your country.
• Select your shipping country from the list below
• Fill in the return label with your details including your order number. That makes it easy for us to attribute your return to you
• Print your return label If you have any issues creating your return label, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you one by email.
2) Pack the products with the return label Pack the order in your original box (different boxes can be used, but we strongly encourage recycling where possible) and attach the new label, ensuring the original label is covered. Drop your return into any available collection point locations.
3) Once your return has arrived and been checked by our warehouse staff, your money will be returned using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.
Please note that it can take up to two weeks to process your return once the item(s) have been received.
