DELIVERY INFORMATION & COSTS
A. Delivery times
- We only deliver to the below mentioned countries. We do not deliver to non-EU countries and we also do not deliver to certain countries´ special delivery areas which can be seen in detail in the pdf below below. Swiss customers can order at www.crumpler.ch and customers from the United Kingdom are welcomed to visit www.crumpler.co.uk.
- Our warehouse is located in Germany and orders are shipped from Germany. Shipment takes place by DHL only with the exception of Germany for which you can chose between DPD and DHL. Pick-up from our warehouse is not possible.
- Orders placed before 12:00 (CET) will usually be dispatched on the same day. Our service and distribution centre is closed on weekends, German public holidays and weekdays after 18:00 (CET).
- Delivery times depend on the destination country and is as follows from the time payment in full has been received:
2-4 business days
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden
3-6 business days
Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain
7-9 business days
Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal, Romania
8-12 business days
Russia (up to 21 days for East Russia):
Shipments to Russia will be operated by Russian Post. We only accept orders up to 200 Euros. No import VAT, duties or customs charges will apply. If you would like to get your parcel delivered to a post office or a locker, please provide the following information to us: POSTE RESTANTE, Locker's ID, City name and zip code of Post Office or Locker.
B. Delivery costs
You will see the shipment costs in our order form, before you place your order. Shipment costs need to be paid by you. Shipping costs and free shipping options vary from the destination country. Please refer to the table in the document (PDF file) provided here für details.
C. Returns & Return costs
- You have the right to return your purchased items within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you received the items.
- You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. Please do not return the goods freight forward. There will be no return costs in case you received an incorrect, damaged or defective product.
- We kindly ask you to avoid damaging and dirtying the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage.
- If you like to use our return service, return costs depend on the returning country. Please refer to the table in the document (PDF file) provided here for details. Return costs will be deducted from the amount which we will credit for your purchased item. Please do not return the goods freight forward. Please use our return portal to create a return label.
